Schedule generates in seconds. Players check courts and live standings on their phones. Scores take 2 taps. You run the room instead of the desk.

  • Free through end of 2026
  • No credit card
  • Players need no app — just a link
Live standings on mobile — players see court assignments and live scores on their phones
Players check their court and standings on their phones, not your whiteboard

Sound familiar?

  • Rebuilding the bracket after every round because someone didn't show
  • Paper score slips that don't add up at medal time
  • "Who do I play?" and "which court?" texts flooding your phone all morning
  • Tiebreaker arguments because nobody can see the same standings

Schedule auto-generates — round robin, pod play, or bracket, no math

Players see court, matchup, and standings on their own phone in real time

Tiebreakers resolve automatically as scores come in — one leaderboard, everyone agrees

From setup to final standings in four steps

Works the same whether you're running a 12-team round robin or an 80-player pod day.

  1. 1

Create the event in under a minute

Name it, pick your format (round robin, pod play, bracket), add courts—done. The schedule generates the moment you confirm.

  2. 2

Share one link — registration opens

Players tap the link on their phones to join. You approve who's in. No group-text signup threads, no waiting for replies.

  3. 3

Run the day from your phone

Tap in scores between games. Court assignments, standings, and next matchups update instantly—everyone checks their phone, not your whiteboard.

  4. 4

    Standings finalize automatically

Tiebreakers resolve as scores come in. Playoffs auto-seed from prelim results. No bracket rebuild, no end-of-day math.

Pick the format that fits your event

Each format generates its own schedule automatically — no manual bracket drawing.

Common questions from tournament organizers

How long does it take to set up a tournament?
Under 3 minutes for a standard round robin or pod night. Pick format, add courts, paste your player list—the full schedule generates automatically. No bracket math.
Do players need to install anything?
No. Players open a link in their phone browser to see their court, their next match, and live standings. No app store, no account required.
Which formats does LADR support?
Round robin, pod play (mini round robins), rotating partners / mixers, ladders, and single or double elimination brackets. Most club tournaments use round robin or pod play—both generate fully automatically.
Can players enter their own scores, or does the organizer have to?
Either works. Give players scoring access and they tap results on their own phones between games. Or keep it to the organizer—takes 2 taps per match.
Does LADR handle a bracket round after pool play?
Yes. Run pool stages, then advance to a bracket or consolation round on the same event link. Players never change URLs mid-day.
Is it really free?
Yes, free through end of 2026 with no credit card required. You can run full events—registration, brackets, live standings—at no cost during that window.
We charge entry fees. Can LADR collect payments?
Collect fees however you normally do — Venmo, cash, PayPal, whatever works for your group. LADR handles the scheduling, brackets, and live standings. Payment collection is on the roadmap.
