Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of LADR, the pickleball club operating system provided through ladrapp.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of the events, schedules, fees, and results they publish, and for compliance with their local rules and venue agreements.

Acceptable use

Use LADR responsibly: respect other players and organizers, follow applicable law, and do not attempt to disrupt the service, reverse engineer it, scrape it at scale, or use it to harass others. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Payments and fees

Where LADR collects payments on behalf of organizers, transactions are processed through our payment providers and subject to their terms. Entry fees, refunds, and cancellation policies are set by the organizer of each event.

Service availability

We work to keep LADR available and performant. We may release new features, change existing ones, or perform maintenance from time to time. We will give reasonable notice for material changes that affect organizers running active events.

Content

You retain ownership of the content you publish on LADR (event details, rosters, results). You grant us a limited license to host, display, and process that content as needed to operate the service.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, LADR's liability arising from the service is limited to the fees paid to LADR for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes and contact
