Account details you provide (name, email, club affiliation, DUPR ID where connected), the event and match data you create or participate in, payment information processed by our payment partners, and technical logs such as IP address, device, and usage events needed to operate the service securely.

How we use information

To run the service you signed up for: authenticate accounts, deliver tournament and league functionality, sync ratings with DUPR when you connect it, process payments, send transactional messages, and keep the platform reliable and secure. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing

We share data with service providers that help us operate LADR (hosting, payments, email delivery, analytics) under contractual confidentiality, with DUPR when you choose to connect your account, and when required by law. Event and result data you publish as part of a tournament or league is visible to other participants by design.

Your choices

You can update or delete your account information at any time from your profile, disconnect DUPR, and request export or deletion of your data by contacting us. Some records (such as completed transactions) may be retained as required by law.

LADR uses encryption in transit, scoped access controls, and standard operational safeguards to protect your information.
